Can this be used as a waste holding tank for an RV?
Thanks for the question. The way you see it in the picture, I would say no. The reason is, the lid is a vented lid, so it would let fumes out. To solve that, we can manufacture a tank for you, and not cut the top lid hole, so the tank would not have a lid. Also, we can make the tank black, or another dark color, so it is not see through.

I’m assuming it’s possible to put a fitting on the bulkhead to use a garden hose for discharging water?
Thanks for the question! Yes, that is not a problem. On this tank, we generally put a 1 1/2 bulkhead, but we can put whatever size you would like. A 1 inch bulkhead, would make it easy to install a valve or faucet, so you can turn it off or on, and then you can attach a water hose to the valve or faucet. The nipple, and valve or faucet are available at all hardware stores, and the bulkhead is common pipe threads.
On the product page, there is a place to put "Order Notes". So for example, you can select the 1.5 bulkhead drain, selecting either installed on the long side, or the short side, and then in the notes, you can type, install a 1 inch bulkhead, instead of the 1 1/2 inch bulkhead. Thank You.

Thanks for the question. This is a low profile water tank, and we can add whatever size bulkhead drain that you want. The most common size for this tank is a 1.5 inch bulkhead drain.
