Wanting to store water and need measurements for largest opening to confirm stock tank heater will fit
Thanks for the question. This tank normally comes with an 8 inch lid, but we can install whatever size lid you want. There is probable enough flat area on the top of the tank, where the existing lid is located, to install a 16-inch lid. Just let us know how large of an opening you need. On the product page, there is a section for "Order Notes". You can let us know what size lid you want there.

Can you store gasoline in them?
Yes, you can store gasoline in HDPE tanks. You should also check with the County you are in, to check their guidlines for storing fuel.
